Congratulations to our CHMS Spelling Bee winner Hunter Long! Hunter will go on to represent our school in the Division Spelling Bee on Tuesday, December 10th at Lakeview Elementary at 6 p.m. We would also like to congratulate our runner-up Page Harris.

Please help the CHMS SCA collect canned goods to help feed our Community. All can goods brought in by students can be dropped off in their homeroom class. The class with the most collected canned goods will receive an Ice Cream Party! Parents are more than welcome to drop canned goods off in the box located in the foyer of Colonial Heights Middle School.


Your CHMS football team wins 26-8 at Benedictine tonight! With this win, they advance to 6-3 on the season. Come on out Monday night to support the team on 8th Grade Night in their last game of the season vs Carter G. Woodson.





Next Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 CHMS PTO has a spirit night at Maria's Old Town 21 Italian Restaurant in Old Towne Petersburg. 10% of all dine in or to go meals goes towards our amazing school. Please come out and support your Colonials!

Your Colonials win 8-0 vs. J.P. King Jr. Middle School! With this win, the Colonials advance to 5-3 on the season. The team is back in action next week at Benedictine.

The CHMS soccer team wrapped up their season this evening by defeating Carter G. Woodson 2-1. This win moved the team to 7-1 on the year! Congratulations to the players and coaches on a great season!

The CHMS girls basketball season came to a close tonight on the road versus Dinwiddie. The girls played hard all season and are already eager and excited for next season!
