2025 Homecoming Dance Information

Dance Information

📅 Saturday October 4, 2025
⌚ 7:30pm to 10:30pm
📍 Colonial Heights High School Gym
🎟️Tickets can be purchased in advance for $11 (plus service fee) on Hometown Ticketing. More information on purchasing tickets will be sent out as we get closer to the event date. Tickets can also be purchased at the door (cash only with exact change) for $13.

Dance Attire Requirements

Students may wear either of the following:

Dress Shirt & Pants

Must wear a collared, button-down dress shirt
Dress pants or khakis must be worn at the waist with a belt
Ties and dress shoes recommended due to semi-formal nature of dance
No sandals
Objects like canes, wallet chains, or hats are not allowed

Dress, Pantsuit, or Jumpsuit

Must be fingertip length
Outfits that are too short or contain cut outs, excessive cleavage, plunging necklines, back outs, bare or visible midriffs, or inappropriate slits will not be permitted
Appropriate footwear
Dresses that are so tight that they ride up when dancing are not permitted
Appropriate undergarments must be worn

CHHS ID’s:

All CHHS students must have their student ID for entry into the dance. All 9th grade and transfer students will be getting their student IDs in early September. Students needing a replacement ID will need to schedule an appointment to obtain one prior to the night of the dance.

Replacement IDs are $5

Outside Guest Forms:

Outside guest forms are available in the wooden kiosk across from the main office. Once the form is filled out completely and signed, it must be returned to the CHHS main office by 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 25th.

All CHHS and outside guests must be able to provide photo identification the night of the dance.
