Students and staff did a great job transitioning back to school.  Now that we are a month into the school year, I think there is a comfort level in routine and structure.  Seniors are placing cap and gown orders with Herff Jones.  Information was sent home with senior students.  There are family order nights from 4-7 PM on October 5th & 6th in the media center.   Seniors will also be taking their White Bank class picture on Friday, October 8th, directly after school.

Our junior students met with Herff Jones to discuss class rings and the ordering process for those.    Information packets were sent home with junior students.  Likewise, there are family order nights  from 4-7 PM on October 5th & 6th in the media center.

Grades can be viewed online on Thursday, October 6th to show parents where children are in their classes.  If there are concerns, please reach out to teachers as soon as possible.  Parent/Teacher conferences are slated across the division on Election Day.

Homecoming week events begin on Monday, October 4th.  There are spirit-filled activities with dress-up themes.  We have a lot of fun, but we also make sure we are school appropriate.

Students get exceptionally festive about the Homecoming Game that night.  You will want to come early, so you can catch a glimpse of our queen, king, and princess candidates.  Our candidates will be crowned at half-time.  The PTSO-sponsored Homecoming Dance will not be taking place this year, so we can concentrate on organizing a Ring Dance for our Class of 2022.  That is slated to take place at the end of this month.  Additional information can be found on the website shortly.

Here’s to fall and another great school month!

With Pride,
